Would you or your child like to learn to play piano at a fun, comfortable, engaging pace? If so, I would love to share the joys of music and of piano with you!

Whether you are interested in classical piano studies or would like to be able to play your favorite songs from the radio, I offer tailored weekly lessons in the comfort of your own home. I grew up studying classical piano, before receiving a bachelor degree in music and master degree in music history, and then joining a touring indie-rock band where I arrange covers and write original music (classical music is still my favorite). I love to share my knowledge and experiences from all aspects of musical experiences. Lessons are fun and interesting, as well as instructive, with achievable expectations for accurate, informed playing and performing. I believe piano is not only the best, most fabulous of all instruments (I might be biased!), it is also the perfect way to understand and enjoy music, something that should be a part of everyone\'s life.

I am an experienced instructor and a member of the Phoenix Music Teacher\'s Association. A formal recital is offered annually, with additional performance opportunities available. I travel to student\'s homes within two areas: North Scottsdale and the East Valley. Contact me if you have any questions!
